Insurance Officer - Claims, Superannuation and Life Insurance 

The role of Insurance Officer - Claims will see you responsible for:

• Managing a portfolio of Life Insurance Claims
• End to end management of claims from lodgement to finalisation 
• Assessment of various reports including medical reports
• Payment of approved claims
• Liaising with Insurance companies and medical professionals

You will need to be able to demonstrate:

• Insurance Experience in Life or Superannuation (call center, admin, claims)
• High Attention to detail
• Exceptional communication skills
• A proactive and positive approach
